    If you had corals I would have said to buy a cheap fixture at petsmart for the week then just return it when your Aquaticlife was delivered. As for as bubbles in the sand I am confused on that. Their not coming from any pumps or the skimmer? What kind of sand did you get?

    They are not from my pumps. They're emerging from the sand. I have a live rock sand bed. I can see the air bubbles trapped under the live rock looking through the glass and it's throughout the whole sand bed. This started the day after I put in the new light fixture.
