    I have the same skimmer and had the same issue. Started not producing skimmate and eventually started producing little to no bubbles. Turns out over time the suction caused a kink in the airline where it comes out of the bottom of the skimmer body. Take it out and see if you have any kinks. I just removed the airline and switched the ends so the kink was now at the collection cup part of the skimmer. Works like a champ again.
