Alright, a yellow flow restrictor means 35gpd. But if you take the time to take the membrane out it's also written on the side of it in big letters. Duh...
Tech support at Kent Marine was great. The guy suggested I take the membrane out and crank some water through it to get rid of any possible obstruction. It did the trick. My TDSs are still nasty so I will be replacing the membrane. He told me that he usually recommends replacing the micron filter when it gets nasty and does the carbon at the same time. He uses TDS levels to decide when to replace the membrane. Hope this helps someone else down the line!

Data point: I'm getting ready to replace my 15+ year old, 5g/d membrane as the TDS on the outlet is now greater than 10... It had been 0 to 1 for many, many, years and last year began to creep up....

I followed Amcarrig's always incredible advice and went over to Buckeye Field Supply to look for a new membrane. They didn't have any 35 gpd's like I needed, so I called up to ask and left a message. Russ called me back today and was super helpful, explaining the difference between different flow rates and such. Long story short, I ordered a 75 gpd membrane and the flow restrictor to make it all work. Just about $50 to my door -- probably less than half what it would have been from the other site I usually order from.
So a big thumbs up to Buckeye Field Supply for RO/DI supplies!!!
