Yeah, thanks. Everything is cleaned. I didn't soak it in any vinegar or baking soda solutions yet. I think something up with the pump (Rio 800). It just seems as if it's not creating as bubbles in the bubble chamber like it has always done.

I've heard of some people having issues with the Rio pump. Mine came with a maxi jet and so far so good.

I would ditch the Rio pump. After my Rio water fountain last week, I have my own opinions of the regular Rio now. :p If you upgrade the skimmer pump, I would suggest using a Mag-drive. A Mag3 should work great with your's, they are work horses and will last you a very long time.

Well, when I came home from work today my skimmer was actually producing a good amount of foam and there was a little bit of skim in the collection cup. This is first time it has done anything in almost a week. The only thing that I done was move 6 Line Wrasse into the tank from QT. Now that stopped since I fed tonight, but that seems to be normal. I think I still will look into a new pump, but size of the pump will factor into my decision. I did read somewhere (probably here on 3reef) that putting your hands in the tank could affect your skimmer performance and I was doing quite a bit of rearranging last week. I don't know if that had anything to do with it, but it's another theory.
