No sure if normal

I have noticed over the last few days a web like growth stemming out from the trumpets in the aquarium not sure if it is normal or if it is something that needs my attention thanks

That is just the coral's feeding tentacles. Nothing to worry about.

Are you talking about the web to the right of the trumpets connected to the rock? If so I don't believe they are feeding tentacles. I believe that is a form of discharge. I have candy canes and they will discharge the same web type stuff whenever I move them or every couple weeks. Nothing to be worried about, I would slightly increase flow in that area to clear it up.

By the way the trumpets look nice. Love the striping.

Guys i just noticed these little white guys in my aquascape are they new trumpet growths or something else..

 

actually guitar man is right, the discharge your talking about is something completely different. if you notice the tank lights are off and thats when they feed(at "night") so nothing to worry about

Yeah sorry about the blurry pic cheap camera but i have asked Santa for a replacment...LOl I was talking about the white trumpet looking things in the center of the pic. i will try getting a clearer pic in a minute..

OK guys sorry about the delay the Internet must be be in deep freeze due to the weather.LOL

The little white buggers in the middle of the pic are they new trumpet growths ? or something else?
