Noisy Mega Flow Overflow

    [​IMG][​IMG] Here is the under side of mine, I believe, like otty said, the elbo is restricting the free flow via gravity and you are getting the dreaded toilet flush sound. Not sure why flex right off the bulk like mine won't work unless the pics are decieving.

    Whats resricting your flow/drain is that your bulkheads reduce to a barbed fitting, probably to 3/4". What would help your flow is a straight slip bulkhead. I would replace the barbed bulkheads. Luna

    Well its update time and I finally beat the flushing demon. With the help of a lfs (Thanks Mark at Fins and Friends). It was determined that two things needed to change. I first switched out the bulk heads to the original onessupplied with the mega flow kits, and got a hold of some 1 1/4" pool vaccum hose for the drain lines. Then it was determined that I had too much flow going through the sump, so I am in the process of revising the returns so that I will only be using 1 pump instead of two (Quiet One 4000's)

    Now I can move forward with the tranfer from my 125.
