Thanks! I've wanted one for years, but I had to wait until my red firefish goby passed. He was old. . .Any how the new goby is a Nemateeloris helfrichi or Helfrichi firefish.

Btw, they are often called a goby or dartfish.

My hippo tang has been harassing the firefish and now it lives with my pistol shrimp in a burrow and I rarely see it.....

I am happy to say he (Mandarin Dragonette) is doing great. Eats only Pods from the LR, never seen him touch ANY prepared food...but after 6 months of him living in the tank, I must have a good pod population because I see him hunting everyday. I have a ton of pods in my sump, but I NEVER see any in the display.

    Steve-
I've been in school at 15 credits a semester, and have the newborn twins...they are 4 months old now and I'm just getting some free time finally.

the tanks suffered during the last few months, I ran out of DI water one week and used tap water with Prime for 2 top offs, needless to say I had a cyano out break in both tanks, just got that all under control with no additives! ;D

Just about lost 5 nice sps colonies due to high water temps and now just getting the reigns back in hand on my reefs. Lost my Hellfrichi from hippo harassment, but all in all things will be okay. Serviced my 3 reactors and am about ready to buy some new acros.

    thanks clarkkey

Congrats on the new additions Nor Cal Guy

priorities will have changed over the last 4 months
any free time , should be geared towards resting IME

I think some pictures of the twins would be in order , maybe next to the aquarium?
