    I was at the LPS (local photography shop) yesterday and I picked up a 3 piece diopter set for my Nikon D5100. These filtered attach to the end of a lens and act as a magnifier. They dont produce as clear of shots as a quality macro lens does, but they are a handy tool for any photographer to have. This was my first time using it and I have to say Im very happy with the purchase. Here is a link to the kit I bought.

    And I feel obligated to take an updated FTS. Not much has changed in this tank. Ive been battle heat issues as it has been in the 90s here lately. Hopefully Ill get some new acro eye candy for this tank sometime soon. :)

    Seriously, really great images. Right contrast and coloration with excellent focus.

    It looks like it in the picture but that was just a little bit of hair algae with some detritus stuck to it. Lol

    Thanks man! I didnt use it for these shots because I literally had my camera out for 10 minutes, but next time Ill definitely use it!

    Dang, no tripod... You must have hands steady like a sniper!!!! Great shots Norg! I'm going to play with my macro lense and get some super close ups soon. I love them!
