Haha. Thank you. The house was built in 1942 so it has a little bit of a spooky, old feel to it. But I still love it. Ill post pictures of the backyard when I get my new camera. I live on a lake. I believe I just posted on your thread but they are all great choices. I noticed my LEDs havent grown sps corals as fast as I thought they would. But that has to do with many factors. And Im guessing the fact that I was very busy with work for a few weeks and neglected the tank really doesnt help. I also had a HUGE phosphate issue my biocube is still recovering from. But overall, I love my BoostLEDs and own 3 fixtures from them now.

Thanks Whippy! Im about to go get started on the plumbing! I just ordered the pump yesterday. A mag drive 18. Thats gonna make some crazy flow. Haha. I also ordered all the tubing I need for it, a 300 watt heater, purigen to try on my biocube, two 175 gallon buckets of Red Sea Coral Pro salt and a few other things. That was a hefty bill...

Buy a new cartridge I believe. But its only like 60 or 70 bucks to switch out everything at once so Im cool with that.

wont having kitty litter mixed in with the substrate in the sump cause issues? arent there things within kitty litter to help absorb ammonia ect, wont these be harmful to your tank?

i like using lava rock or crushed lava rock, its very porous, cheap, and helps with the nitrogen cycle
