You got it for $100 - that's awesome. I wouldn't pass that up either.

I can't wait 'til I own my own house. I plan to have a big rimless tank - like a few hundred gallons. :p

Im thinkin the same thing Seano. Haha. Hopefully Ill be out in a year or so. I know exactly where Ill be moving and I know exactly where my lab will be located. Also, there is a huge living room and a peninsula tank separating the living room and kitchen was in my thoughts.... But first things first. Cant get too ahead of myself.

And for the most part, im pretty sure almost everyone used eggcrate for frags, even my LFs do, what else would you use?

Ive never seen anything else used either. Im open to suggestions though. Just an update. Ill be placing another order with a coral vendor soon. As well as visiting a distributor. So more crazy colors to come in my system. Also added an algae blenny and got my CUC from reefcleaners.

    Small update.

Tank is doing well. Had a bit of a screw up with a test kit that was way off. So I overdosed a few different things to raise my Ph and Alk. My Magnesium levels were way high too. Brought them down to right about where they need to be. My calcium levels were a bit low, so Ive been dosing BRS 2 part to get it where they need to be. Trying to make sure I test the water every two days. Once I get my levels to where they need to be Im going to get what I need to automate dosing. Some growth has been showing and the new algae blenny is doing well. He likes the clam alot for some reason. Haha. I also had my two par30 bulbs and lamp clamps just laying around so I thought Id hook them up to the tank for the time being.

My Eshopps PSK 300 skimmer. It took a while to get tuned properly. But it is doing a great job so far. Very happy with my purchase.

Some mangroves in the fuge. Ordered these from John at reefcleaners. The chaeto growth has been substantial as well. Its atleast quadrupled in size since I added it. I just placed another order for coral online. I ideally would like to wait a bit more before adding anything major again, but its getting cooler in Wisconsin and I didnt want to risk shipping. Especially because I was offered freebies from a mistake the coral vendor made on my last order. Thats all for now!

Looking good. :) Lots of nice frags in there. They all seem to like your LEDs, too.
