Yeah, I cant wait for them to start spreading. I have just recently picked up a pink candy cane frag and I am in love with it. Now that I have the equipment to keep corals that demand higher light I think I may be moving towards some sps and maybe another lps or two? you guys will know as soon as I do.

Hmmm... I am pretty happy with the way I did things. The only thing I didnt spend alot of time planning out is my coral selection and that is relatively flexible. The only thing that can really limit what I can keep is the size of my tank. Get a new light if you have the money. The one that comes with it just doesnt cut it. Running a sump/fuge would be a great idea. That would probably be the only thing that I would do differently. I am happy with my tank. :)

I was thinking it was about time for an update. Sorry it wasnt sooner but I have been working or just straight up busy over this winter break. With the some of the gift cards I recieved for Christmas I have some new coral additions! I picked up a green monti cap. In the store it was an insane bright green, but when I brought it back home it browned out a decent amount. I still love it but I plan on switching my 10k bulbs to a higher k rating bulb as soon as I can to get that color back again. I also picked up a green trumpet coral. Green is my favorite color if you cant tell:p

    PICS!

I also grabbed a hand full of chaeto from my lfs and put it towards the back of the tank in a hope to cut down on some hair algae. I also picked up a really tiny emerald crab and he is doing work! Not touching anything like my previous crab so Im happy. I am also thinking of how I could make a small fuge directly behind the tank. That would help me immensely.

Haha I wasnt happy about it at first, but it will all be covered up eventually with coralline and I plan on covering the plugs with more zoa frags in the future. Wont even know they were there. :)

I just picked up a new acro today. Could someone give me a positive id? It wasnt very clearly stated at my lfs.

It seems to have taken very well to acclimation and has colored up very nicely.
