I have weekends off, and can't really go anywhere till the first (payday) had extra expenses this month (due to my oven having caught on fire) and my beast of a vehicle gets poor gas mileage

There is Natomas Marketplace I think it's call with a walley world in it, its one of two shopping centers I know of around that area, the other is across the freeway on the same street (I think).

 

Yeah near the wally world is a pizza place if you just want to hang and chat, if your looking to walk around and shop across the road is like best buy, Bevmo and a few other large chain stores. there's a Petsmart if your needing to look at pet stuff?

I don't think there are any LFS in Natomas but O street is a short drive if your really wanting to visit one?

I know short notice but I'll be at O' Street aquarium today around 12:30 or 1 ish I'll likely be there for an hour sporting a Black LA INK shirt, it's a stretch but for right now it's the stretch I have.

I'm venturing to auburn to hit up tap plastics to pick up supplies and then I'm going to Roseville to check out some Asian market me mum wants me to see. And then i'll be coming back to O to check out what goodies I might be able to run away with.

EDIT: Adjustment I'll also be cruising by Your Reef likely just after the Asian market, so we'll make that one around noon then after that i'll be at O which might be closer to 1 or 1:30ish this is a kind of in the air plan but if ya see me come up and say hi if I don't see anyone then it's my fault for being so short with the notice!

 

Well that trip went faster then expected! I'm already home at 1 and i browsed like every store for easily 30min picked me up a Christmas wrasse! YAY hopefully she'll be nice yes a she due to the spot on her dorsal fin! O street had a beautiful pink Goniopora like hot pink for $50 I was tempted but I already spent enough money today. Your reef was a nice store little small but they had a large selection of SPS corals... Not a whole lot of LPS maybe just because they were packing up to go to a frag swap. a few nice fish though a little over priced by my ideas but some beautiful baby blue tangs.

 

This is kind of an odd question but I figured I should ask, Does anyone have about a half cup of GFO either laying around that I can have or buy for a fair price? I don't really want to buy a bulk lot of GFO then switch to pellets and have a bunch laying around so I figured I'd ask?

My thoughts are I'll run the GFO till it depletes then switch over to the pellets, as sort of a kill the phosphates then run pellets to keep everything in check. I mean it's a sound idea right?
