    The ATI Blue + I use for my t5ho "actinic" have a very high amount of PAR, not far off of the daylight aquablues ATI makes.

    I guess if you actually used true actinic t5s for "supplementation light" then you might have a little more bones for your argument, but still, even pure actinic t5ho to actinic PC the PAr is still not even comparable on the PC's to the t5s.
