Not Pods but what?

    Okay so i have little critters in my sump tank. They are not pods from what i can tell.. they appear to be little baby shrimp looking guys but not a mantis shrimp. They are extremely small (probably the width of a nickel) and are a light brown color and have been down there for months.

    Any idea what they are?

    Probably amphipods or mysid shrimp.

    ahh yes its amphipods.. they are good correct?
