Not Skimming

I have a Jebo 180 and a COralife Super Skimmer 125 both are toast....The coralife would work for a short time and then take a nap and the jebo was toast from day one. I paid down on a refugium off of a 150 but I cant get it until its paid off, I wont get any more cash until the third. I will put the Jebo back on line as th eother just wastes water it isnt very good so my question is how long can I go without skimming? I have 5 small fish and a hand full of corals....

Depends on your tanks biological system. If its used to having a skimmer on there it will probably be just a bit behind. Just watch close and do some small water changes if necessary.

in your tank, with your bioload, I dont believe a few weeks would be an issue

if you have a cannister filter and you could get some Purigen, then I feel that would give you some feeling of comfort (Its very good, been using it 5 weeks now and Im happy) although I will add, with your low bioload you should be OK without )

I dont see 3 weeks as an issue without a skimmer

I have the Jebo pullin stuff but you know it is not a good Skimmer.
I will get a good one online ASAP thank's again....

my skimmer isnt the best but it works fine pulling a lot of crap out of the water , but i guess a nice skimmer would work but i believe its all in the tuning.
