    Mine does that all the time! It looks like he is stuck but he is reallly not! He will be fine! :)

    Here is what I do when I have a fish that gets ich:

    - Soak food in garlic and vitamins for at least 5 minutes prior to feeding

    - If the fish is grazer (e.g. tang), get a sheet of algae/seaweed (most fish stores have this) and soak it in garlic and vitamins as well

    - Feed multiple times per day until it starts to clear. Algae/seaweed sheets in a clip at least twice or three times per day.

    If you can keep a fish eating it will eventually be ok - garlic stimulates feeding and the vitamins help fortify the fish. It's when they stop eating that it is a problem.
