I was pokin around under my cabinet a few minutes ago and looked at my carbon bags..it had been a month or two since i changed it so i took the bag to the kitchen..dumped out the old carbon..came back and my tank was FILLED with microbubbles..i look down and i see my little fairy wrasse hiding under my fox coral..all of a sudden it turns on its side and just lays down..i looked at my skimmer and the collection cup wasn't screwed in all the way and water was leaking out from underneath it..i guess i must have bumped it and somehow unscrewed it a little bit when i grabbed the carbon..so i screwed it back in..the microbubbles are almost gone..and the fairy wrasse is fine..

Did the sudden increase in oxygen send her into shock?

    Thanks,
    Ivan

I would think it was just scared. Although sudden changes in the oxygen level can affect the ph.

probably just freaked it out a bit, my wrasses are also really skitzy they run and hide at the first small change in anything but they are pretty tough little buggers
