I just spotted a couple of nudibranches crawling on some of my zoas. Unfortunately they are too small to get a pic....but they are red/pink and white. Can anyone help ID or just tell me if they are good or bad?

    Thanks

i would still pull them because if they are crawling in your zoas they like to be near you food source if you have a sump of fuge get em out and put em in there and see if the still live try leaving a little fish food if they eat that or algae put em back in the tank if not then they eat corals and its bad. i would take the safe way out and remove them, a good site with a couple different nudibranches is lionfishlair.com good luck

They looked more like the pic I've attached...but they were red/pink with pointier spikes. I'm pretty sure they were zoa predators. I put them in my refugium at first, but then decided to kill them just in case. I'm really hoping they didn't have a chance to lay any eggs. :-/

For what its worth , You can't go by the coloration of the nudi's as they will take on the color of the Zoas that they may be munching on at the times Best pull the corals and in a separate tank treat them with a coral dip .. Coral R/x is a decent dip to kill them off ..
