I think I found a Nudibranch in my zoa colony.
    It looked similar to this

Im guessing these things are bad??
I think I killed it anyways? I didn't know what it was so I took a scalpel and tried to remove it from the zoa rock and I ended up scraping the hairy things off its back and poking it and it floated away.

If you found a random nudi on a zoo colony... Yes it is probably a parasitic zoo eating nudi... Take out colony and give it a freshwater dip. At least a minute, the swish the colony around to dislodge any nudis... Once you are done look for eggs... they will be a cluster of white dots typically on the underside or in crevices.

Repeat ever couple days to make sure you have them all. I would also check other colonies!!

    Good luck!

This is the only zoas I have.
I have had them for around 6 weeks and I just noticed this thing a couple of days ago.
Will the freshwater dip hurt the zoas?

So it won't kill the zoas just the pests?
How long should I let them soak?
Will the Nudibranch's eggs die from this fresh water soak as well.

Ok, well apparently I didnt kill the thing or I have more than one.
So I captured the one guy and took him out of my tank.
I then looked up pictures of Nudibranch eggs and this is what it came up with.

Im pretty sure I have been seeing these ALL over the tank especially on the glass. I thought they were snail eggs. Are there any snail's eggs that look similar to this?
