So Last weekend I purchased live rock and soaked it in a 6 gallon bucket with a cup or so of bleach. I emptied it out and replaced the water letting it sit 2 days each. Then Friday I put baking soda in the water and today took them out to sit in the sun. They are still a little damp and some parts have a hint of bleach. Should I let them fully dry out or did I do something wrong?

Rinse them in some RO water and you should be fine. You shouldn't smell any bleach, especially after soaking in baking soda.

Let them fully dry. As soon as bleach dries it is no longer active.

Well I guess I'll have to leave them in the basement with a fan as it won't get over 50 outside this week.
