Why do you want to nuke it? Are there pests on it, such as aiptasia or bryposis algae? If so, you can soak it in bleach to totally kill everything on it, and then go through many, many rinses and soaks with RO/DI water and anti-chlorine agents (such as Seachem Prime) to remove residual bleach.

But honestly, unless you are aware of pests on it, you have fully-cured live rock on your hands. Why not use it as such? Unless you don't know where the rock is coming from and suspect a problem, in which case you can bleach it as said above.

I have a recipe I was taught in my blog section. I always start with nuked rock.

    If you want to nuke.....

Fill up a bucket with 50/50 mix of bleach and water
    Let soak for 2-3 days
    Rinse with tap well
Put back in bucket with fresh water and add a little tiny bit of cheap dechlorinator (sold by any fish store)
Let soak in dechlorinated freshwater for 1-2 days
Set out in the sun to dry
Once fully dry, pop back in bucket and fill with saltwater, add a powerhead.
Toss in tank after a day or 2.

Just did the above procedure on a bunch of rock chunks for my sump. Worked well.
