im thinking of using a damsel or chromis for my cycle if so what food and how often should i feed it and what are the pros and cons to doing this ive seen many on here use this technique tom i plan i getting my piece of live rock and maybe a cycle fish and some frozen food plz comment everyone would like different oppinions

I woudlnt use a damsle... PITA to get out afterwards unless you want it in.
Use a raw piece of table shrimp.. I cycled my 125 with a raw piece of tuna (since there wasnt any table shrimp available) and it was done in about 2 weeks.

 

did you use all base rock with a few pieces of small live rock

 

some clearer pics and i little of my aquascape including few raw shrimp lol

tank is all clear going to get a piece of live rock to help with my cycle and few other things will post pics when i get it in there

 

i like your rock work. its alot harder than it looks.... as i found out on my first go around....

Looks like you have some nice caves as well as some shelves for corals.
