Well I was going to the lfs (honestly) to pick up some red leg hermits for my fuge to clean it up. Well I was always contemplating getting a valentini to the mix but as a baby so it will know its place in my reef world. I know its a big risk but its down the middle with them being completly sane and killing nothign to the leonidis of the fish and taken out the corals like the persian army. Thing is they were on sale for 8.88, im nto kidding so I said screw it and went for it and will watch him today to see what he will do. Hes accimilating now and will post pics soon, looks damn good and was eating with no signs of ich or anything right now! Wish me luck

 

Good luck with him. Never had one before myself but it's a cool looking fish. Hope he turns out to be reef safe for you. Definitely looking forward to the pics.

lol see im glad I dont have expensive corals and such, really main concern is my cleaner shrimp, I will banish valtinio to the sump if he even remotely looks at him like lunch. the puffer is so tiny though so maybe my sailfin will whoop his arse and teach him that hes king bee of this world

 

heres el crackhead, lol he was puffing himself up looking at his own reflection, Hes just chilling right now but hes beign watched by the po po and hopefully wont have to go into the witness relocation program!

HAHA well william (cleaner shrimp) just showed him his tru colors, He was munching on some frozen homemade food and marshmellow (puffer;wifey named him she names all my fish) tried to nibble again and shockinlgy my shrimp attacked him so I guess theres gonna be a showdown later with these 2 or the puffer will just stay away.

I didnt realize how fast these things are either hes zoomign around the tank at mach 10, I cant get good pics yet he needs to stay still!

 

haha. i wish i could add my puffer to my tank, but he would have aggression issues and probably eat the other fish as he has in the past, and inverts.
