has anybody had a octopus or a jellyfish. I saw them on liveaquaria.com. They look pretty awsome and they would be neat to have. respond with you opinions.

Can't say I know anyone who has ever successfully kept Jellyfish, but Octopeds are quite common.

If you are interested in them ( Octo's ) here is a good link

I would suggest to you, from the very little that I know, that Jellyfish would be almost impossible to keep. As for Octopeds, go to the site I referred you to, it has all the info you could every want to know about them.

In both cases you would need a single species tank and very special care.

My understanding is that Jelly fish will eat anything that is smaller than themselves. So a jellyfish that you sould keep in an aquarium could be fed with planktonic food. They would also be best kept under a very low current.

Now HL14, there's something to start with, so how about you find out everything there is to know about keeping Jellyfish and post your findings :)
