    I have a 150 corner flow tank with a single drain and a 1 inch bulk head.About how many gph should this be able to drain if it is soft plumbed into the sump.

    Can the drain be left hanging in the sump because i dont want to drill a hole in the sump?

    I believe the most a 1" can flow is 600GPH.

    I dont see why you couldnt leave it there, as long as you feel comfortable in it just haning.
