    I would stay away from the all in one setups since you have no option to upgrade later down the road. I would suggest the octo over the coralife and save up to get a good skimmer, it's not something you want to cheap out on. remember that you can always upgrade parts later on (sump size...), but your skimmer will be one of the most expensive upgrades, get a good one to start.
