I just wanted to share this since I thought it was really odd.
I have a regal tang and a coral beauty angelfish which seem to be displaying breeding behaviors.......they have done it multiple times and I guess it was that as it is similar to what is described in dwarf angelfish breeding behavior, only with a tang involved.
    Weird huh?

I am on night cycle now so no pics can be taken.
What they do is they bump into each other's sides and then they swim towards the top while the angelfish points its head down. So I figure the angelfish is female. The tang on the other hand just stays at the angelfish's side *shrugs* it is very intriguing. o_O The angelfish behaves just like the basic description for angelfish breeding behavior........never heard of regal tangs breeding so I have no idea of their behavior.

Speaking of odd pairs. My percula and marroon clowns have paired up and maited several times. The eggs hatch but the little ones are gobbled up by the next day. Not interested in breeding them just tought I would share.
