    thinking about getting the 48 inch 760w halide compact fixture 2 250w halides and 4 65 compacts 6 lunars and maybe uprading the ballasts . Is it worth it or just a haedache ???????????

    Dude, this topic has been exhausted and brought up many, many times. Research on 3reef for Odyssea lights and read up on it. Luna

    its not worth it if you get one with pc's in it, i would just buy the base 2x250 halides and then get a t5 fixture.

    and mission its not your opinion its a fact the stock bulbs suck very hard(ive never used that expression before thats how bad they are)

    I was tempted by the dark side of stock bulbs to save money. I forget at times that if it is included, it is likely the lowest possible quality. You get what you pay for. That is the bottom line. Save your money and do it right. I would stay away from that brand. I have heard too many complain about it.
