Nice choices. I have had great luck with reefpets the past couple years. I do hope this pico tank stays updated. I never get to see mature pico tank threads.

looks awesome!!! I have a bit of a noob question... Can you put coral into a tank that's not fully cycled?

Thanks! I have the JBJ ATO purchased. Just haven't hooked it up yet.

I plan on keeping it updated :)

I don't think so, but I could be wrong. Being that they are picky about the water conditions, it doesn't make sense to me that you would keep them in during the cycle process.

Very cool. I recently set one up as well. You will be happy with it.

Some hardier corals can handle it. Like zoas for example, but with most corals its not a good idea. Its much better to just let the cycle run its course before adding most life.

So I did some test aquascaping at lunch today and here is what I've come up with:

It isn't glued yet, but I wanted to see how it would fit and what it would look like.

    Thoughts/Feedback/Suggestions?

Don not add any coral or fish until your tank has fully cycled. You will most likely lose those SPS and the Acan if you add them. The mushrooms and zoas might be able to tolerate the cycle/ammonia and nitrites but will not be happy. Otherwise that is a great little tank you have there.

    Thanks :)

Wasn't planning on adding anything until it is all cycled. Will add the corals to my 55g until this is Cycled.

Thanks all! Looks like I might be re-doing my scape to include more flat surfaces. We'll see though.
