Finally the RO/DI system arrives!!.. Wow.. have my plans changed drastically for this weekend. I was on my way to Carb Day for the Indianapolis 500, and I had to stop into a not so LFS (not a descent one within 45mins). I had picked out my 800gph overflow and a mag7 return pump, and I got the call from the GF that the RO/DI had arrived. I promptly checked out and drove the 45-55 mins. back home, getting the 75gal. cycling is WAY more exciting than Carb. Day would have been (especially since its cold and rainy).

Just got the 30gal. under the tank for the sump (won't be operational until after I've already started the cycle/finished). Overflow has been setup (without the plumbing), and the RO/DI has been setup (then taken apart for alot of leaks from the supplier not having the O-rings on correctly), and then cycled through for a while to get it ready.

Man am I excited!!... I've got the clean water going directly to the DT, where ill mix the salt in the tank since its empty. I'm sitting here in front of it checking about every 3-5mins to make sure everything is going well/the tank doesn't overflow... Current progress... about 1/4 inch of water covering the bottom LOL! Man this is WAY worse then watching paint dry!!..

ROFL! I know right the GF took the camera with her to work before I got home... If my phone can take some descent pics I'll upload them, if not I'll use the camera, she should be home in about 5 hours... probably have around 5-6 inches of water in it by then :p.
