    My tank died off about a half a year ago. We moved to our new house that didn't have a water softener and everything died off...we had one put in since. This tank was from our old house that had a well and a water softener. The tank was up for years!!! And everything grew like mad! And it only had a heater and a hang on the back filter.

    Soon we will be getting back into the hobby and a much bigger tank...CAN'T WAIT!!!
