I think I would like a metallic green brain and maybe blasto. Do these have to be on the substrate or can I place them elsewhere. Anyone got good info on them?

The open brain I would leave on the sand but the blasto can go either on rock or sand. Be very careful to not rub/scrape/damage the flesh on these corals when you put them in the tank and wear gloves if possible to avoid getting the oil from your skin on the coral flesh :)

Their tissue is easily injured, but blastos, acans, micros are my favorites!

I always wear gloves when handling corals, I am also very gentle as corals seem so fragile to me! I have to frag my xenia and the thought of cutting through them makes me squimish.
