    ok i was just moving my bubble coral around a little bit because the flow was a little intense and when i moved him i accidently grabbed the rock where a couple small bubbles are and i accidently split about 3 of them open!!! is he gonna be ok? i might be able to post pics later! he is deflated, but they werent his big bubbles in the middle.

    please help asap!

    IMHE and through handling to quickly before allowing/ encouraging coral to deflate properly this has happened to me , and the coral was fine

    when moving these corals , you need to waft your hand or tongs over the top of them which causes them to close up, and then you can move them without causing this damage

    so dont handle for a while and allow it to heal/ repair

    It should be fine, give it a few days, if it's not better or if you notice some "brown jelly" around it, dip it in an iodine dip.

    thanks guys! he actually has almost completely healed his bubble over night!
    i was scared and ran to LFS i bought it from and they said he should be fine. when i woke up this morning he was pretty much good as new! no brown jelly and his tear is almost completely closed!

    i see steve didnt get a new sense for humor for xmas. :D but thats also good because the mans too funny. lol.

    your bubble should be just fine , mine has tumbled off the rock and looked horrible for a few days. but came back nicely. theyre pretty st4ong hardy corals. good luck
