So long story short I'm an idiot and left my RO unit outside and it reached about 0 degrees Fahrenheit overnight. Came home from work in the morning and noticed some ice on the 3 season porch floor and noticed the one of the RO's clear cartridge canisters in pieces.

So now I'm in the market to replace it. Are they all universal? My unit is a Coral life Pure-Flo II 24 gpd (upgraded to 90 GPD thanks to Spectrapure!) and I can't find any replacement canisters from Coral life. Any help is appreciated!

I would also be worried about the membranes. Hopefully they are all okay. sorry but no help on where to find replacement parts. have you tried contacting the manufacturer?

You will want to check the TDS coming from the membrane once you get it going again, its possible freezing could have damaged the membrane too.
You can get new canister assemblies from most any hardware or plumbing supply store, chances are you may have to disassemble the canisters from the top bracket and replace both the lid and sump as many are not interchangable, different threads and OD.

Also - if your DI resin was frozen - let it completely thaw before you use it (we usually recommend that you let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.

Thanks guys... Didn't even think about the membrane.. It's currently sitting in my basement as we speak... I'm going to head to lowes to see if I can replace the canister and then set it up so I can tap the ro machine into the cold water for the washer...
