Oil in the Gulf

I like, simple and effective

 

So last night at a friends house this guy from louisiana was there who was bragging about his buddies who have boats getting paid to just take them out on the gulf to "look for oil". Apparently them and all of their friends have been paid to take their friends out and drink, BBQ, and have a good time on the gulf. Good thing he was drunk and I pretended to act like I enjoyed his company to get the names of the boat owners and the name of the boats. I turned them all into the coast guard today. I cannot believe that there are people who act like they are doing work and going out and drinking on the cost of cleanup. I seriously hate humanity sometimes. makes me sick.

 

Ugh, that's really lame. If they want to drink a beer, fine; laying down a boom or searching for oil isn't a precision job, or too dangerous of a job. But actually go looking for the oil while chuggin it down!

im really tired of the failures that keep emerging here with this disaster. i heard today that BP knew about the failures of this rig for over a year. i dont have full details on it yet, im tired just got out of work.

 

Wow....I just had to moderate myself and delete almost everything I typed. (It sure felt good to type it out though). This whole thing is a huge mess. I am very disappointed in BP's actions. I'm even more disappointed that people whose salaries I pay for with my taxes DID NOT DO THEIR JOB.

Yes I know what oil does, blah blah blah. If you tree hugging queers would let them light the **** on fire it would make life so much easier. But no, no burning oil that is gonna get burned anyway!! how stupid is that?

Oh and inwall, you can report people to the Coast Gaurd all day long; your being laughed at when you call. You want to see BP suffer for this, right? So why not let BP pay for the guys to go party. ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD!!!!

 

You need to cool the profanity. We all understand there are different point of views. Please lets act like mature adults and discuss this at the highest competent level everyone can process, thats why this discussion was started.

 

I imagine calling out a mod for a perfectly reasonable post is grounds for a permaban or somesuch; have fun on the rest of the internets, troll.

 

I started this thread so we all could share our thoughts and opinions about this horrible sickening disaster. I knew there was a chance it would become to heated and be closed. I hope that one fool who hides behind the safety of the internet, uses profanity and degrades us by childishly flinging names is not the reason it gets closed. So please..he's obviously a sad person striving for attention. Ignore him, he's not worth our time.
