:uneasy:I have decided im a total clue! :-[ And i just dont get it...............

    I did my params tonight:

    Nitrate 0
    nitrite 0
    Ammo 0

PH ............dark grey /blue colour that was not on my chart! Hope its better then the green 7.9?!

    Mag 1350

calcium 420 alot lower then it was before

KH 70mg! I really dont get why its gotten lower?! (it was 80mg last time)

I have been adding the ph & KH stabilizer so i dont get why its gotten lower when it said on the bottle you can use it to raise a low KH:confused:

    I think i have finally lost control!:p

If I remember correctly, your tank had gotten out of balance. Right now, the Cal-Mag ratio is real close and I wouldn't be concerned. Now, the KH divided by 10 (to give DKH) is 7.0 DKH, a tad low but no real concern right now. I am not sure about your PH. If you tell me kit name maybe we can figure out what you have. If you can post a pic of the color card that would be a plus. When you start a dosing regimen you have to give it time to balance the tank.

The range for Alkalinity is 8-12 DKH or 80-120 kh.

    +1 on the above
some run higher DKH as it gives additional buffer capacity for PH

your mag and calc seem good to me now
just need to get that DHK up 1 , or 2 degrees ( over 2 or 3 days though, not all together)

    whats your SG?

difficult to say really having no experience of the product in question
the daily dose is probably set at such a low level that it could not do any immediate harm to your tank, but by the same token may not be high enough to maintain levels where you need them

I would get your levels where you want them
use as directed for 1 week - test twice during this week period
if the levels are the same - excellent continue as you are
if the levels are lower - then you need to compensate for this by increasing slighty the additions you make
if the levels are higher - reduce the additions you are making

working out the demand of your tank and then adding the required amount to compensate for that demand is the next stage for you
