    ok great! Thanks for all the help guys! One more question and this will probably sound total noob, but whats the purpose of the LR rubble, LS, and maybe macro(sp?) algae in the fuge section for? I mean I allready have LR and LS in my tank. Just curious as to what purpose it serves. thanks again!

    LR in the sump maybe as an extra biological filter and macro to use up the nitrates.

    remember key word is THROUGH with carbon!! Good luck with your sump!!

    It frees up a lot of space and makes your tank look real slick without all those hob gizmos and gadgets!!
