Ok..so I have been looking all over at people's aquascaping...and I feel like mine is a lot higher than what I look at online...is that what you all think? I'm relatively new to reefing (just added corals to my FOWLR) My question is, is my LR too high in my aquarium? Will that pose a problem when reefing? Should I re-arrange my rocks so everything lays lower? It goes from bottom to almost out of the water..Its over 200lbs worth of LR...Please gimme your input...let me know what ya think..Oh yeh..the pic is a panorama so some fish are seen 2-3times, as they do not stay still for photos no matter how much you ask them to. :)

How far is it from the top of the tank? I can't tell from your pic. I like to give a good 7-8" from the top because I plan on having my tank long enough to grow some SPS up there.

Its my first saltwater tank...was a FOWLR for about 7 months then i caught the "Reef Fever" after buying a few mushrooms so i made a few fish changes (got rid of my butterflies) and bought some T5's and some corals... :)

Looks good to me! As long as those rocks are stable or secured somehow, then it should be great. Plenty of hidey holes and shelfs for corals. Just remember, the higher it is the bigger the fall. I wouldn't want those chunks falling off the aquascape.

They aren't secured with any apoxy or anything like that (i am going to do that for the corals) but most of the pieces higher than half way up are smaller (3-6lbs) pieces...the heavier ones one the base (anywhere from 15 to a 40lb piece)...once in a while a little piece will get knocked down from the Urchin moving around...but for the most part it stays pretty in tact....I have 4 powerheads and the return pump...do you think thats enough current?
