    sandbed isint an issue as i have 3" so it's pretty deep. That's an expensive fish to loose to jumping

    yea i was also considering the purple ff, the helfrich's is my favorite though :D And i have an eggcrate lid. And i'll also consider what you mentioned about starting with the firefish. lol i just realized all the fish that i like love to jump, except for the clowns :)
