Ok to add all 3 fish at once?

I will be getting some more fish either this coming weekend or sometime shortly after. I am wanting to get my final three fish all at once. I also want to pick up a pink or green birdsnest.

If the lfs has all of the fish in stock i would come home with a tank bred bangaii cardinal, red velvet fairy wrasse, and mccoskers flasher wrasse.

My current stock list consists of three fish my pair of clowns and helfrichi firefish. So if i were to get all three it will double my bioload.

Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are all 0. Tank is 6 months old, for the birdsnest i have a vortech mp20 plus a maxijett 1200. Lighting 4 x 39 T5 HO Tek

Would i be better off getting two fish and the birdsnest or would i be ok with getting all 3 fish and the birdsnest?

hmm i would add one or two to see if there is no ich breakout but knowing me being impatient i would add all three

 

I'm not sure. I added two fish at a time before and had no problems, and my LFS guy told me it's not a problem. I think it matters how established your tank is...

I'm sure someone on here will have an opinion. But I know most say it's better to go slow.

 

Puffer I have put 3 fish in my tank at once in the past. Those are pretty small fish so I think you would be alright. I would keep an eye on the params and be ready to do some WC's if necessary. JMO

 

i hope no ick, my tank has not seen ick yet, and its 6 months old, and i havent even quarantined any of my fish lets hope it stays ick free, but if it doesnt i have my cleaner shrimp

hmm i think if i do the cardinal and one wrasse it should be ok, that way i could get the birdsnest if they have it, or if not a birdsnest a really nice brain

 

thats also why i had originally thought of adding all 3 at once, their so small, and i dont think the cardinal would put out much bioload, so tiny

 

I don't know about adding two wrasses in that size of tank, might want to get a couple of opinions on them. I would go slow adding the last fish, but that's just me. Coral on the other hand, you can add fairly quickly with no real consequences. I would advise going slow with the coral too but people add quite a few frags at a time with no ill affects.

as far as the two wrasses go, it was approved, i had questioned it myself, but i believe it was horkn who said it was ok, he's like the wrasse god

im thinking i want to add some more coral as i only have two lonely zoa frags, so i'll probably get the cardinal and one of the wrasses and use the rest of the money to get whatever corals i see im really hoping for a pink birdsnet and a really pretty brain, and maybe another zoa frag, along with coral food as i dont have any of that yet
