Olive Snails

    Well got back from LFS and baught 2 Olive Snails. They seem pretty cool, So does anyone else have these? And one Question? I know they will eat Brine shrimp but Will they also eat shrimp pellets(sp?), Jw thanks!

    i would thinks so and if not they will eat algae wafers or should atleast since they eat algae,
    hmm i thought olive nerite were just brackish and fresh.

    If Validity got Olives and not Olive nerites, they won't eat algae. They are strictly carnivorous. They will scavenge on meaty things, and may catch and kill snails or crustaceans in your tank as well. I don't know that they could catch fish, but it probably depends on the fish species and the Olive species.
