I have a 12 gal. tank, 5 years old, I want a clown and a goby. I don't want to get 2 fish at the same time, maybe one this week and one next week.

Does it matter which one I put in first?

depends on what species of clown and goby...which species are you thinking about?

I like the Ocellaris Clowns and for the goby I was thinking of a clown goby. I like hte yellow or green one, but my LFS didn't have either last week.

He did have a twospot goby that looked pretty cool and is compatible with the clown.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Goby first and clown second IMO. If you get a young clown I really do not see an issue with any of the gobies you listed.

I am planning on getting a young one, but I had a feeling the goby should go first.

    Thanks!!

I hope my LFS has some clown gobies tonight!!
