Might try to convince the wife how severely we need this thing ;D. I'm thinking the contents of my 125 right in the middle 6'x2' footprint with my T5's directly above that, and an open 1' all the way around that for some rays and cat sharks . . . oh yeah, we need this in a bad kinda way.

"or even be used as a playpen to start your own nursery" haha! does sound like a reasonable price though...

That would be worth it just for the cost of materials. I love plywood tanks.

That's really cheap. I wonder though: A) How's his carpentry skills? and B) Why the first buyer backed out.

That's huge. The tiny sump cracks me up. Why did he even bother?

I'm almost considering trading my beloved pool table for this thing . . . and ironically its the same size as the tank foot print wise. I'd probably only go through with it if I could work that bar in the pics into the trade.

Ironically, I just got a 180 that was a sump that I just cut the baffles out of to make it a display tank . . . go figure.

those are some great dimensions. I'd make it a reef tank though.

well, at first I could make the middle the reef part and use all my old lighting and 90% of all my current equipment and livestock. I have never really seen a tank done like what I'm planning and I think it would be pretty cool to have a couple rays and coral cat sharks cruzing around a little secluded LPS / softie reef in my livingroom.
