Will feed how many fish? I mean, at first I thought one cube was too much because they would float around and the fish won't have them all consumed within a minute or two. Now I have quite a few more fish and maybe one cube isn't enough anymore.

    I have:
    2 black perc
    2 maroon clowns
    3 chromies
    2 damsels
    2 false perc
    2 cardinals
    1 butterfly fish
    1 feeder shrimp
    1 beta something (black fish)
and a bunch of hermits and what not

These are in my 30G and 90G, so I split the cube between the two, with slightly more going into the 90G.

Would you suggest I feed 2 cubes?

I think your fish might not be healthy if they can't eat one cube of brineshrimp.

Personally I would do two if you can maintain water quality.

I was told a couple of years ago that the liquid that's used to freeze the cube has phosphates and so I was directed to get a brine shrimp fine net and put the cubes in the net and run tap water through them to thaw them out and also this way it sinks into the water column.
You can also pinch the outside of the net with two fingers and add the food in stages so there isn't any waste. Fish also like bloodworms and mysis shrimp.:cheesy:
