Swim space yes, but I feed my tank an average of once a day unless my is feeding and I don't know about it lol. I think my flasher is eating pods as well though.

I probably couldn't add a shrimp once the six line is established.

It's a bummer. So he stays healthy with once a day feeding?

I'm starting to hate the shape of my tank! It limits me on fish... But it still looks awesome...

So far so good with my wrasse. I've had for I think around 2 months now. I get comfortable with your BC then maybe p/u a 40 breeder when you are ready when Petco has their a $1 a gallon sale.

I've been giving that alot of thought recently. I plan to get a 40-50g once I have a job and just transfer livestock from the BC or start over. Probably in 10 months of so.

Actually I had a 55g when I first wanted a reef tank. I was going to do that but lighting is expensive for a 48" tank. Plus no sump, so filtration wouldn't be optimal. I thing a 40 long with 10g sump will be perfect when the time comes.

I really love my 40 breeder. When I upgrade again, I don't want to go any smaller then 90 gallons though. I would love to go 120 gallons at least so I can have few tangs.
