    That is just my opinion. If you like the looks of the female better, then get it.

    now that i look at them side by side, i prefer the male red-tail. i really dig the streaks of blue.

    yeah get what ya want bro, but i think the males are the only ones that flash. The brief time i had with mine, watching him change colors was awesome.

    HOLD UP! that red-tail is 80$ on LA. yellowtail it is lol.

    oh yeah, especially with your other fish, and if thats not enough, put a mirror up!;) Mine flashed like mad whenever food hit the water.

    Mine has, but not very often. I hear they need the female to flash all the time though.

    personally, If your not going DD, i'd have your LFS order it for ya.

    If its 80$ on LA it will probably be alot more at the lfs. Soooooo I think I'll go with the yellow tail.

    yeah but with LA which I'm a huge fan of, if the wrasse doesn't make it, you're out the $35 shipping, so add that to the cost. And wrasse don't seem to ship that great. I'd ask your LFS if they can order it for ya and let them know you know how much it costs.;)
