    I just noticed that I signed onto 3reef for the first time one year ago today.

    Happy Anniversary 3reef!

    And thanks to all of you who have kept my head above (or should I say below) water over the past year.

    I dislike forums as a rule. Nearly every one I go to has someone asking a question and then being pounced on by a bunch of people who tell the poor person they are stupid for asking. I have yet to see that on 3reef. Criticisms tend to be constructive with lots of solutions rather than just personal attacks.

    The processes required to maintain a successful reef tank are not exactly common knowledge. Without 3reef I never would have risked the expense of starting a tank. Now I have two.
