    I've heard good things. I've also heard they employ people who actually know things about the hobby/items.

    Thats useful. Have you ever bought anything from them? They seem to have one of the better varieties of equipment. What about return policy/difficulty?

    Ordered my Apex from them. I ordered it late in the day, called back to change the order to an Apex Lite, the guy scrambled and stayed late to get it shipped. Arrived the next day since we're both in the Chicago burbs. I'd definitely order from them again.

    I ordered my replacement bulbs from them about a month ago. Prices were good and the packaging was impeccable, those bulbs weren't going to break.
