only one Radion for 40gal Breeder?

    Think im gonna go with a Radion from Ecotech for my tank. Will one fixture be enough?

    That's exactly what I'm running, and I think it's plenty. It actually look just like my old 250 watt halide did which is what I've wanted from an LED for a long time!

    awesome! They are pretty pricey but its the top of the line. Plus they work in sync with your wireless vortechs. This fixture also is one of the few that will work well on top of my tank. I have a glass brace installed in the center of my 40gal and many LED lights would be partially obscured by it. But the Radion has a fan in the middle and the LEDs are separated into two different groups, on each end. I think EcoTech Marine is great company too. Their customer service is superb. One of my Vortech pumps propeller broke some how and i called them, they answered promptly, and didnt even question what happened. They said they would get a new wet side out to me immediately. Came about a week later. So i have no doubts that they will have the same type of approach to any issues with the Radion fixtures.

    Noob question, whats a radion bulb? Will in work in a 250w MH fixture?
