In my 6 gallon I'm going to get carbon+GFO and cheato algae in the two back filter areas and have cheato in the DT then wait 4 months and get a tank bred spotted mandarin that eats prepared.

That definately would not work. The amount of prepared food you would need would easily pollute a 6 gallon.

you sure? you HAVE to see this place! they have like 10 dragonetts in nanos. all of the tanks AND them are healthy and clean it's AMAZING! they have some big tangs and angels to. could having a larger(10-20 gallon) fuge under it on the bottom of my desk for more pods and use the pump that the my nano came with? Thanks JJL;D

Yup, im sure it would not work. Having a larger fuge might help, but why wouldnt you just use the 10-20 gallon tank as your DT and the 6 as your fuge?
If you could get a 20 for your DT and the dragonet eats prepared foods with ease then it could work.
